Complete short surveys that take you never get disqualified from. The surveys are about 2 minutes with 10-15 questions in each survey. There are two different types of surveys: Demographics and Biz. Demographic surveys pay you $0.10 total and Biz surveys pay you anywhere from $0.05 to $0.20 per question. Once when you reach $15.00 you can cashout for Paypal. You get $1.00 just for joining!

The first cash out is paid manually by the owner and all other cash outs are instant. To cash out for Amazon Gift card you need $5.00. Amazon Gift Cards are sent out by the owner daily.
